The most requested items in a domestic violence shelter are blankets and linens. Thread Talk is an organization that creates blankets to support survivors of domestic abuse, and provide the warmth and security to feel safe. For every blanket purchased, Thread Talk will donate a portion of the proceeds to domesticshelters.org. This is a video highlighting its mission statement.
